Wedding day coverage typically begins two to two and a half hours before your ceremony. Packages with 6
or 8 hours of coverage typically conclude with candid pictures taken after the cake, bouquet and garter toss.
There is no location limit.  There is no limit to the amount of photographs taken.

Album Upgrades

            The albums included in packages B through E can be upgraded. These 
            upgraded albums have the same

            amount of pages as the albums included in the original Wedding Packages, 
            but they include a larger amount

            of images in a wider variety of sizes. 

Package B Upgrade $200.00 plus tax
You can upgrade your 24 page traditional album to include up to 50 photographs.

You can upgrade your 24 page 10x10 flush mount album to include up to 65 photographs.

Package C Upgrade $300.00 plus tax
You can upgrade your 36 page traditional album to include up to 75 photographs.

You can upgrade your 36 page 10x10 flush mount album to include up to 90 photographs.

Package D Upgrade $400.00 plus tax
You can upgrade your 48 page traditional album to include up to 100 photographs.

You can upgrade your 48 page 10x10 flush mount album to include up to 115 photographs.

Package E Upgrade $500.00 plus tax

Engagement Session
$250.00 plus tax
This engagement session is taken outdoors at a park in late afternoon or early evening. It lasts approximately one hour. Up to 24 pictures are taken. It's a fun way for us to get to know each other and to learn what types of poses and facial expessions you prefer for yourselves. This engagement session must be completed Monday through Thursday, no later than two months before your wedding.

The engagement session includes the following:
* Engagement proof set
* High resolution CD of engagement pictures
* Engagement negatives
* 1-11x14 or 1-8x10 and 4-5x7 engagement portraits

Portrait Reprint Prices
Reprint orders placed within eight weeks of your wedding day will receive $2.00 off each reprint ordered.

Parent's  Albums
These albums are available as traditional albums with matted photographs or flush mount albums.
They are an elegant and thoughtful thank you for your parents and other special people.

Clone Albums
Clone albums are available to clients who have selected a flush mount album and an album upgrade in their wedding
photography package.  Clone albums are copies of the original flush mount bridal album.

Deposit Schedule

1.  To secure your wedding date:
     A $600.00 non-refundable deposit and a signed contract are required.
2.  Two weeks before your wedding:
     A non-refundable deposit equal to the balance due on Package A is due.
       *  If you've selected 4 hours of coverage, the balance of Package A with 4 hours, plus sales tax, is due.
       *  If you've selected 6 hours of coverage, the balance of Package A with 6 hours, plus sales tax, is due.
       *  If you've selected 8 hours or coverage, the balance of Package A with 8 hours, plus sales tax, is due.
       *  If you've selected 10 hours of coverage, the balance of Package A with 10 hours, plus sales tax, is due.
3.  Eight weeks after your wedding:
     If you decide to upgrade your package to include a wedding album or to increase the amount
     of pictures in your wedding album, the balance of that upgrade is due at your album setup appointment.  
     This appointment usually takes place eight weeks after your wedding. All remaining items included in your 
     package and any additional items you, your family and friends wish to order, should be placed at this meeting.  
     If your entire order is placed at this time, a two dollar discount is taken off the price of each photograph ordered
     from the "Portrait Reprint Prices" section of this price list.
     All items ordered that are not included in your wedding package require payment in full when order is placed. All payments
     must be paid with only one check.     
4.  One year after your wedding:
    The prices in this price list are no longer guaranteed. Orders placed after this time will have their prices updated to reflect
    the current prices in effect at the time the order is finally placed, whether previously paid for or not. This includes package 
    prices.
